When it comes to the few broken bricks, we are trying to get to the bottom of it and will be back in touch with you. I understand my customer service team is waiting for a few photos from you, then we can find out whether the bricks were loaded damaged or the damage occurred during the delivery process.
It is always advisable to add up to 10% to the total number of bricks needed, to cover damages and miscalculations, although we will see what we can do to replace or refund a couple of bricks.

“We purchased 700 bricks, spending just over £1,000, and were also charged a delivery fee of £170. Normally, when spending above a certain limit, delivery should be free. Despite paying over £1,000, we were still charged for delivery. This is quite disappointing.”

We are sorry to hear that our delivery service did not meet your expectations. To clarify, we work with third-party haulage companies for all deliveries, and they set the charges with no added profit on our end. For your convenience, all delivery charges are listed transparently on our website.
