“Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. One repair was to an ancient lock, set in a door which has probably seen better days, but there were none of the negative comments too often heard from inferior workmen. Not cheap but then quality has a price. I would recommend Bright's without hesitation.”

“I looked at several other locksmith websites but felt 100 years of trading must be worth something. Very happy with the prompt service . My doors which had gone out of alignment because of being South facing to the sun are easy to lock again . Would definitely recommend this company.”

“I am very disappointed in the service I received. The guy I dealt with was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. He first drove to my street and called me to tell me he cannot get parked and suggested I do something about and he would try again the next day, to which I told him I would find someone else. He then turned up at my address an hour later with another colleague to carry out the work. Upon arrival he made me very uncomfortable and had a very misogynist approach making me feel belittled. I will NOT be using this company again nor would I recommend them to friends and family.”
