“I had to get a new lock repaired following shoddy work from previous emergency call out at a huge price. Door inoperable for three weeks whilst trying to get recompense. Mason answered my call. So pleasant and reassuring on the phone. He came out and sorted it all in no time. Very helpful rate charged. Mason was so polite and friendly and above all, professional. I am so relieved to be able to use the front door again. Thank you Bright's!”

“Jamie and Reece came to me on an emergency call our after little boy locked us out the house. They recognised the urgency and were incredibly professional and helpful in a very stressful situation. They helped keep both me and my little boy calm. Very reasonably priced and the best customer service. Thank you so so much. I couldn't recommend them more.”

“Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. One repair was to an ancient lock, set in a door which has probably seen better days, but there were none of the negative comments too often heard from inferior workmen. Not cheap but then quality has a price. I would recommend Bright's without hesitation.”
