“On choosing 2 rovers shirts from the racks we were given new wrapped ones at the till, no time to check as it was a match day. On taking the shirt out of the back a week later to wear my son removed the tags put on and saw small white unprinted dots. Took the shirt off straight away, took back to the shop on next match day to be told no tags and worn can't do anything, did not even look at shirts, repeated over and over, we quoted consumer rights as faulty shirts, they did nothing. After many many emails to head of sales they looked at the shirt and agreed faulty, many chase emails, no apology, waiting on replacement. All Gasheads open and check what they give you before paying to save yourself weeks of chasing and time and money.”
