“This complaint isn't against Bristol Rovers on line shop but the courier Royal Snail that they use. I paid for Royal Snail Tracked 48 but received Royal Snail Untracked 96 instead. Rovers read the Royal Mail reviews, the cheapest isn't the best option.”
“I ordered and paid for 2 Bristol Rovers shirts but only received one. Shortly after I get an email stating that I will be refunded for the other shirt. I then check the website and find the shirt still in stock. Incompetence.”
