“Couldn’t be happier! I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by Classic Carpets and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The customer service was excellent (special thanks to Tristan!) and the carpet itself looks amazing – it really brings the room together and has been the source of plenty of compliments!”

“From when we looked at the carpets, spoke to the salesman, had measurements taken and the carpets fitted the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We wiil definitely come to Classic Carpets again.”

“Our purchase was small - a rug, however, we had first class treatment. The young salesman went out of his way to make sure we had the right colour, quality etc, visited our house with the sample and brought the rug when it arrived. The kind of treatment you would expect for a much bigger purchase. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly consider them the next time we need carpet.”

“Excellent service. We were given good advice and the order went through on time. We received the original carpet on the correct day and it was fitted well. We then ordered further bound pieces and they too arrived in plenty of time with no problem. We are very satisfied and would use your company again. Thank you.”

“Service was excellent. Tristan even brought samples of the wood profile (to fit in the doorway) to our home to check the colour match with our flooring. Capet fitters did a very good job and cleared up afterwards. We would use Classic Carpets again.”

“Classic carpets were very in tune with my requirements with an excellent customer service policy. I was able to decide on underlay after consulting with the carpet fitter on the day of fitting. After which I decided to have new underlay which I then paid for later. The fitter was professional, curtious and respectful of my property. I also had work commitments resulting in myself cancelling my carpet fitting the same day, but was able to re-arrange with no problem or debate. Tristan went out his way to accommodate my needs as a customer. Good job, good service. Thanks.”

“We found the staff at Classic Carpets to be very helpful - they were able to talk through the best products to suit our needs. The service was very prompt from our first visit to the fitting of the flooring. The carpet/flooring fitter was very good and it was no problem for him to come back to fit the metal strip between the kitchen as my husband wasn't sure whether I would want it or not. Very good all round service.”

“Very pleased with the service from Tristan and Classic Carpets. Price was better than we had been quoted by other suppliers and fitter arrived on time and completed the job well considering it involved hall, stairs and landing with a striped carpet. Would recommend Classic carpets to others.”
