“Avoid buying books from this company. If you are owed a refund you will never receive it. I emailed them for 3 months because they only sent part of my order. I have now given up but at least I can warn other people.”

“I cancelled a payment for a book thinking my friend had not received her gift - when in fact she had! When I tried to rectify my mistake Btit Book advised I could keep the volume free of charge as a goodwill gesture. That gets five stars in my book!”
