“My experience with Brite Deck has been poor to say the least. The warranty isn't worth the paper it’s written on. I have had the product for less than a year now and it looks 10 years old.
The boards do not match and have rough edges which I was told to sand back myself as the product is still fit for purpose.
This product has been installed in a brand new house and looks awful. I will be ripping it up and throwing it out.
Everyone that comes to the house comments on how poor the decking looks and even ask if they are second hand boards.

“Very good customer service. Friendly people. Be aware of colour samples. My Merbau lightened up considerably. This was not my preference as I was covering concrete path between existing timber decks and the sample was a much closer match. In full sun the composite really lightened up. It still looks good and is a quality product.”
“Used Brite decking product for corner seat frame. No problem with product, however I wish Brite decking would have solid edge boards as an option as this was top screwed fixed and routing boards to make fascia boards work is lot more work.”

For customers I would suggest getting full length boards if you can, especially for a smaller decking area as butt joins do not look good at all, unless you have a full breaker board separating the areas. It is worth the wastage to get full length boards”
