“Great product, excellent service, delivered on time, lighter than other products, very good price...would use again!! For customers I would suggest getting full length boards if you can, especially for a smaller decking area as butt joins do not look good at all, unless you have a full breaker board separating the areas. It is worth the wastage to get full length boards”

“I really liked the solid series however it seems like the pattern on the surface disapeared after few deck wash. Still the good look but lost fine details. The sale experience was annoying because of the sales person.”

“I had dramas with the screws supplied snapping. Zero help offered by their tech support person. Very disappointing considering the job cost me nearly $5k to buy. I had to drill holes in boards and mount them the old way. Not the look I was chasing at all. Quite disappointing”

“I had great support from Lou over the phone, she was fantastic. The material delivered looks of good quality and I like the Merbau colour. The only feedback would be to include Facia board as part of the package like the screws and clips(or at least suggested to buy), since many people are first time builders they may not be aware :)”
