“Avoid! Took my money and order, didn't deliver. I phoned, (they change their business hours to suit themselves) no answer, sent two emails marked urgent and still had to call them to chase as no response. First they told me that my order was out for delivery but when pressed and challenged came back and admitted that it is out of stock! I now have to wait ages for a refund and spend an extra £50 on urgent delivery from another company who do have it in stock. Avoid.”

they checked warehouse and said yes all well, delivery up to 7 days
a week later on phoning it was not in stock and told they were waiting for it to come to them
in a muddle now as fitting a kitchen with no sink...

“I ordered two items, both were delayed by weeks. One was so late that I missed my opportunity with the plumber to have it fitted. If I hadn't called the company about it, months later they would have just kept the money. I can honestly say I was really reasonable about all of this but they were sooooo rude on the phone I feel I have to leave this review.”
