Unfortunately the item I ordered didn't fit which is of course par the course. What I found surprising is that having paid for shipping, I also had to pay for the return. It therefore cost me approx £8 in shipping. In this day and age of online shopping, I would expect free returns having paid for the initial postage.

Great products and prompt customer service. I have bought 2 pairs of PJs and some underwear and socks. Personally I wasn’t wild about the underwear as it wasn’t my shape and I didn’t love the weight of the bamboo jersey (hence 4 not 5 stars) but everything else has been great - good quality and very cosy. Will definitely return.
