Unfortunately the item I ordered didn't fit which is of course par the course. What I found surprising is that having paid for shipping, I also had to pay for the return. It therefore cost me approx £8 in shipping. In this day and age of online shopping, I would expect free returns having paid for the initial postage.

Bought the felt slippers, lovely but sizing extremely small so had to return. Prompt response and as they didn't have the right size, got a refund. Unfortunately the postage wasn't refunded so it proved expensive. Also, even though I ticked the marketing box, already getting marketing emails and can't find an unsubscribe button.
