“I saw the advert for this late one evening and as this seemed to outweigh my existing policy with another company I was extremely impressed. There was only one disappointment in that my promise of a possibility that I may be able to get some help with a badly needed physiotherapist. Sadly apart from a phone call with a doctor who sounded as though the physio was to be in touch this unfortunately did not come to frusitision. Other than that I have been most impressed with the fact that ny husband is going to have more than ample for his needs when the time comes and I'm to wait until I'm anywhere near further up the queue in line for an nhs physio for which I have been waiting 15years now since a bad accident”
