Nice snap from the natural casing and they taste great. My first order was delayed, and when I wrote them, Tony sent me an apology via email and informed me he had sent me a new order. “These are the real deal. Classic snap of the casing. A nice balance of flavor without being over the top salty. Obviously these are pricey but worth the treat. similar to the hard to find old classic natural casing Nathans or Sabrett but better and longer. I had to get footlong buns at Costco to fit these dogs that are long but skinny.”
