“Brooks Brothers buyers have developed a severe case of color blindness. Recently ordered a sweater and chose the color "camel"; a "Medium Brown" arrived. Customer service stated that the item that arrived Brooks Brothers identifies as Camel. This is despite the manufacturer's label identifying it as Medium Brown, which it was.
Brooks Brothers did accept the return at no cost, which was good, but all of this could have been avoided if they had advertised honestly in the first place.
There are still positives with Brooks Brothers, but shop with caution and be prepared to spend a fair amount of your time with returns and exchanges. BTW, their dress shirts have declined terribly, I now purchase mine elsewhere.”
