“I spotted the pair I wanted in one Budgy's instagram reels and sent them a message hoping there was a human manning the desk. Much to my surprise there was and a few minutes later I'd ordered a brand new pair! Amazing service as always.”

“Ordered a limited edition Smuggler for an event. As usual, great print & cut. Used the same day express delivery which arrived in time. Better still customer service guy did great job getting message to courier about delivery instruction I’d forgotten to add in order comment. Love Smugglers. Got too many in my drawer”

“We received our two pair of smugglers very promptly ✅ One pair unfortunately had some noticeable marks on it, so I emailed a couple of pics ? Email was replied to extremely promptly ✅✅ A replacement pair was sent out and received two days later !! Thankyou for great customer service, it unfortunately is lacking in most businesses these days. Fantastic to see an Aussie business with values.”
