“Unfortunately I had to return my green and orange hibiscus one piece. My only gripe is, I lived the colour but wanted the racer back normal one piece but for me to have that I would have to pay an extra $40 for a custom. The $100 is already a stretch for me to pay for my favourite bathers, the extra $40 is too much. A sure way to upsell but Unfortunately not for me. Sorry.”

“The togs are cool but the sizing is quite small which would have been handy to know. I can barely squeeze the toolbox into a Large size.”

“The print was really nice but the elastic is quite hard and not very comfortable even when going up in size in the pants and trying that. I've bought a further top but over a week later it's still not left Budgy (showing as still there in the tracking info). The first one arrived from Oz to NZ in about a week which was good.”

“I wandered into the factory in Brookvale and one of your staff was extremely helpful, great customer service. My only comment is that I wanted to support an Aussie brand, but it looks like you're only responsible for the design, not the manufacture. This was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the merchandise is quite expensive.”

“My teenage girls love the thick strap racers. Disappointed over half our order was missing and then one pair could no longer be filled as requested. New styles seem to only be thin strap styles.”

“Whilst the online ordering process was good, the delivery is terrible. Ordered on Oct 25th and have still not received the items by Nov 5th. I can’t comment on the quality of the product as THEY HAVEN’T ARRIVED!! I could understand a delay if they were traveling a great distance but Brookvale to Caringbah, a distance of some 40km shouldn’t take in excess of 10 days. Very poor.”

“I purchased bucket hats and although they are good the size is a not as good as I'd hoped. I would avoid purchasing anything similar online in the future. Also I purchased from Norway and the tolls I had to pay were around half the price of the hats so not the best idea to get them shipped here unfortunately.”

“Great pair of swimmers, prompt delivery too! My only issue is the sizing. I chose the pair from the online size guide and the ones I got were bigger than expected. So when buying, I would choose a size smaller!”

“Sizing is way out. Measured to sizing chart and went ‘down’ a size of sizing chart to ensure snug fit. Still way too big and can not actually swim laps on them. Pretty disappointing when you can only buy online and have to trust the sizing charts.”
