“Horrible customer service. Can't swap an incorrect size without a receipt (I received as a gift). They are sitting on a mountain of stock, but won't do a simple swap. Very poor.”

Checking your order I can see that you ordered on Saturday November 8th, your order was dispatched Monday the 10th and arrived on Friday the 14th - this is within the 3-5 business day eta. “Stitching came undone and made a hole on the waistband. Very poor quality. This happened after 1 wash. Disappointing.”

“Your quality control isn't the best. The tag pinned onto the item says 36 The tag on the item says 34. And I'm the one inconvenienced by jumping through hoops to get refunded. I'd hate to think how many pairs I have, but you have lost me as a customer.”

“Very disappointed with the personalised smugglers that I ordered as a gift. They had only 2 pics one front and one on the Back ( with the logo over the pic) and jack blacks face all over . They look ridiculous”

“I bought them for my little girl and she was sitting on the pool pavers and they have already started to pill around the bottom a little. I have bought budgy’s before and not had this problem to be fair but they literally have been worn twice. So it’s pretty disappointing.”

“I ordered these on February 20th and it is now March 5th and I still have not gotten them. I keep checking the tracking number that was given to me. If I would have the option I would have paid extra for faster shipping. I hope they arrive before my Cruise to Belize and Cozumel March 18th.”
