“Budgy smugglers are very comfortable and keep my junk held nicely in place every time I wear them. I use them when swimming and they never fall off and I never fall out of them so they are my best friend when training”

“Don't take yourself seriously at the beach. Old dad bods are funny, so play up to it and stay relaxed with it. Fun for all, just learn to laugh with everyone else. So much better in the water too, doesn't feel like a parachute like the board shorts do!”
