“Hi, The amount of stock and range is great, and I really like the website and warehouse, its clean, modern and easy to use. The amount of deals that happen are always welcome too. The crux of the service is that you need people to come into branch and pick up, however its very slow, I came in the first time and ordered a fair bit while I was there so that was expected, but on your advice the next time I came I ordered the day before and was told that the order would be picked and grouped together ready for when I collected the next day. It wasn't ready so I had to wait an hour while everything was brought over. I cant really afford to wait for that long as I'm sure you know how precious those hours in the day are! All the staff were really friendly and helpful too, it was quite a pleasant experience. The other thing is that the quality of the exterior ply isnt great, I know its a bad year for it so I'll reserve judgement there for a while! I would change supplier to you in a second if those couple of bits are sorted! Thanks!”

“It’s very nice/clean very friendly staff. But it’s not my kind place for me to pick up building material.. Because it’s very complicated all self service and online stuff which and I’m old school. Thanks”

“I brought 9 tubes of acoustic plastic, but if must have been old stock.As the tube ends where all rusty and it's hard work getting it to come out when it's in your mastic gun.When you stop it over runs out the tube for some time. Wasting your stuff. You might have got shut of it but I'll not be back for any further purchases.”
