“I only just went into built today , staff friendly and helpful . Delivery outstanding when ordering online . The hole experience is a 10 out of 10 for me . Will use them as often as I can .”

“It was so easy you order your items online. As you drive in, they pick up your car reg on ANPR, so that they know you've arrived. You go to your bay, which is pre-booked, they place items in your car and you drive off. I found it so easy and will definitely using them again.”

“the staff are very friendly and helpful at the branch and always go out of their way to help, i am an avid DIY'er and I have used other builders shops and their service is by far the best. materials are also a good price and you can get discount codes applied. the delivery service I must admit is brilliant how you can select a time slot that suits your needs, I've had next day deliveries sent from them when I needed a top up for my patio slabs and it arrived bang on time at 7am ready for my work men to start. brilliant and highly recommended”

“The price of products is competitive. The concept is very futuristic and aiming more towards electronic payment method. However I feel as trades men we normally deal in cash transaction therefore a cash payment option should be available on pre order ready to collect transaction.”
