“Ordered four by two timber x four lengths arrived bent and twisted. Complaint was dealt with very efficiently but the replacement timber was only three lengths and no one told me when it was being replaced until the delivery driver phoned me and l had to tell to leave it in the front garden. Good job it did not rain as the timber was for internal use”
