“best thing here is that everything is one app. I used to have a separate one for budgeting, and I had to import things from my bank into it, the Excell sheets, it was a nightmare. bunq just combines it, so it sends data to itself, and analyzes it. I can even ask their Finn directly about what my spendisngs were, and it knows it.”
“Pretty good. Would recommend if you need a digital bank. I checked a couple of options, most of the popular ones i could find online and decided to proceed with bunq. I can confirm that the account opening procedure was indeed fast and simple”
“bunq offers diff subscriptions and that makes them more flexible because not everyone wants to use the elite tariff. It’s kinda expensive for me, so bunq core suits me more because I mainly use it for exchanging money at best rates.”
“Got used to the updates. I gotta say the older version of the app had some uniqueness into it. The new one seemed bad at first, but then with time I can say it's just as smooth as the old. Now I can see they are adding and removing some features, like points aren't here anymore. but overall for handling money it's still top especially now with the investing too. for saving im glad they added these 12-24 month savings wiht improved interest.”
“Don’t follow their updates to be honest, but don't agree with people that think that they make the app worse. Like how adding new features and being innovative can harm your banking. At the end of the day, I’m here for this modern banking experience where making transactions of any difficulty is as easy as spending money and controlling your spending. Budgeting is well-integrated with the app and I get detailed reports on my card, while making the process automated along the way. And i feel that with each update, they become better. It’s not IOS updates after all lol.”
“the bunq app is incredibly easu to use. I had an ap from one of the offline banks that was so confusing so I literally was getting mad after a while.
here everything is very intuitive. it’s kinda easy to open sub accounts for saving and allocate the extra money into different currencies.
I keep part of my savings in usd and gbp just to have an extra 3% on the saving interest
also I like the green initiative. that’s what any conscious business should do”
“I thought the bunq was just another regular app, couple of month ago got my card and have been using it almot everywhere mostly on coffeshops, the transaction fees was ok. Support was helpful indeed, as nerd had to ask a lot of questions regard fees and got right answers. Slowly shifting toward the core to pro verison.
The app itself was very friendly but sometimes itfelt like that the bunq tried to put everything in one screen and got used to quickly, it was just matter of time.”
“At first bunq was not my first pick but for moving abroad for work and having not having headache i tried it with free transfers from the foreign countries. Core account did a lof job for me sending money with currency conversion and with travel of course.
Most important was extra credit in case of unprecedented events. Using the app has been bringing warm impressions only.”
