“For an online bank, technical support is a very important aspect for a smooth experience. And like in every other aspect, bunq is doing great here. Last week, it was during the weekend when I needed something urgent from support, and got a fast and useful response. Glad to see that my bank and its tech support are always around the clock. Also, they have created excellent help center. This si the place i go to check what specific features do, and how to be used effectively”

“Before I opened an account with bunq, my man concerts were the support. Read a lot of complaints about it. But in my experience, i have contacted them many times, i really don’t see an issue… sometime you might end up waiting in line, but it’s for a reasonable time like couple of minutes”

It unlocks their services in the best light 😉 Honestly, I don’t know how can one use bunq with free or core subscriptions, as money management tools are locked, ATM withdrawals comes with charges, not a priority for support, not able to set up spending limits etc”
“I think everybody goes for a trial first, so did I... surprisingly easy to sign up, like takes 5 mintues or so. Finn was helpful so far, I talk to it a lot.
They improved the saving bonus rate, now it's 3.01%. I think for a pro and elite accounts, they need up it even further, like 3.5% and 5%”

I like instant notifications, it helps me keep track of all my expenses. Support answered my questions, just not as fast as I hoped. For everyday banking, I’m pretty satisfied. I think I’m gonna switch bunq pro to bunq elite subscription again to evaluate it fairly.”
“I use bunq together with my partner for shared costs, and it made groceries and household bills easier to manage. The joint accounts are really useful at this point. By the way, the mobile app was easy once we learned how to navigate around there. The minus is that some advanced features are hidden deeper than we expected.
But for shared sp[]ending, it has removed a lot of small arguments. No complaints.”
“I use the core plan. And this is okay for 90% of the people i think. The other plans can be useful occasionally. For example when planning to travel abroad for longer. Maybe I'm wrong,, maybe I don't see the real value of the perks that come with the Pro plan or the other even more advanced plan. Anyway, didn't come here to criticise the advanced plans, just to say that i like the core and love it’s cheap monthly fee 🙂”
