I like instant notifications, it helps me keep track of all my expenses. Support answered my questions, just not as fast as I hoped. For everyday banking, I’m pretty satisfied. I think I’m gonna switch bunq pro to bunq elite subscription again to evaluate it fairly.”
“I use bunq together with my partner for shared costs, and it made groceries and household bills easier to manage. The joint accounts are really useful at this point. By the way, the mobile app was easy once we learned how to navigate around there. The minus is that some advanced features are hidden deeper than we expected.
But for shared sp[]ending, it has removed a lot of small arguments. No complaints.”
“I use the core plan. And this is okay for 90% of the people i think. The other plans can be useful occasionally. For example when planning to travel abroad for longer. Maybe I'm wrong,, maybe I don't see the real value of the perks that come with the Pro plan or the other even more advanced plan. Anyway, didn't come here to criticise the advanced plans, just to say that i like the core and love it’s cheap monthly fee 🙂”

“I've been using bunq for about 6 months and it's been a positive experience. I chose the CORE plan because it had the features I actually needed without paying for extras. I currently use 4 separate bank accounts to organize rent, bills, travel and everyday spendings. Instant payment notifications arrive fast = makes tracking expenses much easier. I've made more card payments and several transfers without any problems. The app feels fast, everything' easy to find. And customer support replied to my question in less than a day. “I’ve used bunq for online shopping and paying online subscriptions. It’s useful because the bank fully operates online, and I can keep all my money in different accounts. One for Netflix, another for paying online payments. The app itself works smooth;ly, and gotta say it beats my previous traditional bank.”

“wow so many notificatiosn like updates, possible alerts to control my bank accounts, new suggestions - all that cool! idk why some post complaint about notificatiojs being annoying - in contrast, they keep me infromed and i feel the app is alive and my money is safe on my accounts. IMHO it's good they do that. I just put my notifications in silent mode and it's fine, no issues but still i keep track of changes in my app.”
