Unless, it’s pro and elite plans that give some free monthly transactions and ATM withdrawals, I felt I paid the same money for my banking. However, I really liked the app. It’s simple and works almost without freezing. I don’t have an iphone or another fancy phone, yet it works flawlessly.”

“Obviously app features are a solid 5/5. Customer service, yes maybe better than 2017, but still can be slow if the issue cant be resolved by AI. Have to wait for human to respond, and that wait time here is longer than with trad banks. But the chances AI doesnt solve the issue feels like they are decreasing each year.”
