Ik vind het vooral fijn om transacties direct te zien in plaats van uren te wachten. Eerlijk gezegd, het kan in het begin een beetje te veel functies voelen. Maar na een paar weken werd het dagelijks gebruik simpel. Ik gebruik het voornamelijk voor boodschappen, abonnementen en reisgeld nu. Bunq pro is mijn tarief trouwens.”

“Am besten funktioniert es bei besonderen Anlässen, wie Auslandsreisen oder Geldmanagement. Ich meine für die Hauptsachen wie Geld senden und empfangen hab ich nichts Besonderes bemerkt. Die Geschwindigkeit ist die gleiche wie bei jeder normalen Mobilbank. Aber wenn es um Budgetierungs-Tools und Reise-Banking geht, ist bunq voraus. Den Unterschied konnte ich bei beidem spüren.”
“J'ai senti la sécurité et la fiabilité, mais pas autant que ma banque nationale. Le principal problème c'est que le support peut être rapide comme lent. Dans des situations critiques, quand t'as envoyé ton argent à la mauvaise adresse ou qu'une transaction peut être retardée, pour une personne comme moi, c'est pas juste une option d'être patient et attendre une réponse. La situation est meilleure sur la ligne prioritaire pour les abonnements supérieurs, mais ça reste un downgrade comparé à la banque physique.
En même temps, les autres mesures de sécurité sont très solides. Par exemple, le CVC rotatif. Pas besoin de le retenir et beaucoup plus de protection.”
