“Tried bunq few months ago and till today I'm hooked as to how the app looks clean, is super fun to usey, and and it works well. I also like the way accounts are setup which is actually more practical than other banks I use before. One thing I notice is that some steps when sending money were slower than I expect and the other thing is the support response time when you need an agent.
Other than that, FANTASTIC is the only word I can use to describe bunq. They also have an AI assistant on there to help with stuff... how many bank have you seen with stuff like that? I have't seen any.”
“Been using Bunq for a while now, and it's honestly a really solid banking option for everyday stuff. I like the fast notificatons, and it's cool how easy it is to open extra accounts. The app can be a bit overwhelming at first if your not used to all the options, but once you get the hang of it it's very practical. I also like the focus on green and eco stuff. And oh my days it feels like your are part of something better. So far tansfers are fast, there's never any big issues so far. Would def recomend if your into digital banking and want something fresh.”

Before the major update that added points, the cashback itself was not enough but with points it can really add up to something meaningful in the course of a month. “La première chose que j’ai remarquée après mon inscription, c’est que je peux avoir beaucoup de cartes et les utiliser pour différentes choses. Une pour Amazon, une pour McDonald’s…Bon peut-être pas aussi spécifique, mais c’est quand même une super manière d’organiser son argent, surtout avec le tri automatique des fonds entrants entre mes différents comptes.Le plan Pro me suffit pour l’instant, donc je ne pense pas passer à une offre supérieure pour le moment.
P.S. : Je ne suis pas éligible, mais si tu es étudiant, je crois qu’ils ont une réduction ou une offre spéciale, donc ça vaut peut-être le coup de vérifier avant.”

“Je suis content que bunq propose ses services en France, si vous savez à quel point je suis fatigué des banques locales incompétentes. Rejoindre bunq, qui permet aux clients d’utiliser tous leurs services à distance, c’est comme une bouffée d'air frais de nos jours. Je n’ai plus besoin de me déplacer pour résoudre mes problèmes.
Tout se passe en ligne via l’application mobile. Je peux envoyer de l'argent à l'étranger sans aucune restriction avec des IBAN locaux, et il faut dire que la rapidité des transactions est ultra-rapide. Il ne m’a pas fallu plus d’un jour pour virer des fonds vers un autre pays.”
