“The rating stars is not working but my rating is 5 Excellent service and a seamless changeover. Ben the salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite and kept in touch regularly throughout. He's an asset to Burrows and Toyota”

“The service that I had when purchasing the new CX30 was first class, the salesman Simon was very friendly and attentive throughout the deal. When a slight query arose, the sales manager, Clair dealt with it both quickly and very efficiently, The whole experience of purchasing the car was very professional and to my complete satisfaction. This is the second CX30 that I have purchased from Burrows the car seems to suit my needs very well. I have much experience in the retail motor trade having owned a Yamaha motorcycle franchise for many years, Burrows has the same "no pressure" approach to customers that I used, it certainly makes the customer feel more relaxed and confident in making a purchase.”

“I went into Sheffield Burrows and was highly disappointed with the service i received (or lack of it) but not to be put off (as i was looking for an aygo) i headed to the Rotherham Branch and was not disappointed. Although i had a browse around outside the showroom, i was pleasantly approached by a very friendly and professional young man, Joe, whom helped me look for the perfect purchase.I cannot thank the team enough at Rotherham. They made me feel welcome and went the extra mile, i would recommend 100%”

“Dan was great, very patient and went through things as much as I felt I needed to before making a definite decision. I part exchange my old car and felt that I was given a good price for my vehicle. All staff where welcoming and made sure you were comfortable offering drinks and checking you were ok.”
