Went in for them to look at my new car which I was having issues with the auto full beam, the man who deals with servicing department is so rude and obnoxious, he spoke to me like I was stupid and didn't know how to set the auto full beam up properly despite telling him I knew how to do it, can't imagine he would have spoke to a man that way! Needs a lesson in customer service I think. When I went back I said to him about it being adaptive full beam and that was why the light was staying on he turned round and said 'well everyday is a school day isn't it' I was only trying to tell him what he clearly did not know.... so rude! Will not be taking it into Worksop branch in future, I will ask to go to Rotherham.

I swapped my car after a year because it was too big. In that year the customer service has gone downhill fast. The sales assistant didn’t know what he was doing half the time. However the finance guy was excellent. Not looking forward to my next encounter. Bring back Darrel.

Sales team not even follow up about how good is the car after sales are poor all they care is asking me to join service plan which I will not happy to do so if the service could be better

We bought a s/h car over 2 months ago and are still waiting for log book and tyre repair kit. Have left 2 messages and nobody has phoned me back. I am disappointed with after sales service. I am wondering if we have chosen wrong place to purchase a car from.

We recall that you purchased the vehicle and then after taking delivery decided that you no longer wanted the vehicle. We did take the vehicle back and reimbursed you. We are sorry that you feel this equates to bad service but hope that you have now found a car to your liking.

Excellent car, but very poor customer service. Sales man was patronising and uninterested. Car came with an empty tank of fuel and no car mats, and Mint refused to add any fuel or provide car mats. The sales man also refused to allow me to speak to the manager despite several requests to do so.

Unprofessional and dishonest. I purchased from Burrows a second hand Toyota Yaris Hybrid for £16000. On the collection I discovered that my car had no service history, no manual book and had a punctured tyre. The whole morning, rather than being joyful, turned into a lengthy and unpleasant experience. I received a tank of petrol and a free service as a compensation. No responsibility was taken as such, just plenty of excuses.

Hi Ms Ingleby, we are sorry we did not live up to the level of service you quite rightly expect from a Toyota Centre and can only apologise that the vehicle received a puncture on the day of delivery, but understand that the tyre was replaced (which did cause a delay) at no cost. You were offered a full tank of fuel and a service by way of apology for the missing service history, which you accepted at the time of delivery, along with our sincere apologies.

Very unhappy with the services, there is no communication between staff, no one knows how to deal with customers. I think that will be my first and last purchase with Toyota and will not recommend it to anyone

We understand that all your queries related to the various safety features fitted to your car that bleep with warnings such as lane departure, speed, safety cameras etc. These features can be disabled and we understand that the team have already advised you of this and offered to carry this out for you is you wish. Sold me a Toyota Hilux telling me it had only 1 owner when in fact it had 2 . Had know manual for the car still waiting for locking wheel nut trading standards now involved

Sent my vehicle for bodywork repairs through the insurance, first of all the Body shop Greg miscommunicated on the repairs carried out as they didn’t done the repair as been told, when i disputed the repairs, been informed that they gonna call the insurance engineer to come and inspect the repairs, without consulting the engineer and myself they given a second go to the repairs and ruined the bumper paint as half bumper was of different colour and half of different colour, when again disputed again told me that they are going to call the engineer and then told the insurance company, that they are not interested in doing any more repairs on my vehicle and also informed their other dealerships not to take my car in for any sort of repairs, i tried to contact the General Manager but after a long delay received a reply of my email which was irrelevant and not satisfying, the dealership damaged my car while in their possession. The vehicle reg is ( N18 UBR). This is a complete discrimination and racism to telling all their dealerships not for taking my car in for any sort of work, i am a regular Toyota customer and buy cars from them every year, but at this time i am not happy with the service provided and i would never be going back to them for my future cars. I do not accept this type of discrimination and racism from a well reputed dealership.

Your vehicle was sent to Burrows by your Accident Management and Insurance company, and the repairs carried out were as authorised by them. An accident repair is always a distressing time for a customer and unfortunately we were unable to meet your exacting requirements as it was outside the scope of the insurers authority of repair. With regard to the damage you allege we caused, this was clearly visible on the photos of the vehicle PRIOR to our commencing work and we have shared this with you previously. You were advised we were unable to assist further with this particular body repair and advised you to address your requirements with your Accident Management Company & Insurers who decide exactly what is replaced / repaired on a vehicle following an accident.

Car sold without tax, when rang the sales man he implied it was our responsibility, however when we went in the manager agreed he should've done this. Had to wait 6 weeks for a refund

I'm never ever buying again from your company because they sold me car and they didn't give me car service book and car details book i rang back 3 time and the keep saying they gonna send me through post I'm still waiting for last 6 weeks

I ordered a trim for my new car I purchased from burrows and the parts department said it would arrive on the 22nd January 2019.Burrows Havnt Contacted me yet today 4th Feb.This is the second time this has happened and I don’t think I should be chasing this up.I got better service when I was buying the car from them.

The service and trouble I had with 4 sales personnel was out of this world. Went to pick car up it had a flat battery,taking car home next day tyre pressure warning light came,checked tyres all 4 tyres 5lbs under front should be 33 lbs was 28 lbs rear tyres should be 32 lbs was 28lbs.Plus was asked to take out a service plan no way.Had problems with this garage on numerous time I have had to visit.All so took 28 day to get my log book back which I was told would take 5 days.

Can't trouble shoot electrical faults even though they have there own auto electrician after 3 attempts and having the car for a total of 5 and a half days . And I needed the car fixed for Christmas so I could tow my daughter's horse trailer over the Christmas period Which I will have to postpone now.

Warrant promised but no paperwork received even after numerous phone calls. Breakdown cover promised but no paperwork or contact no for breakdown received even after numerous phone calls. Feel like we have been mislead and fobbed off.
