“Salesman was very heipful during test drive. It was my first time driving an automatic. At collection he again was very helpful”

“You changed the collection date 3times Then when it came to collection it had the wrong Reg plates on so had to wait for them to be changed”

“The service I received was good . I was disappointed when I went to collect my £27990 car thar it had no front or rear matts . It’s the little things that make a difference !”

“Very pleasant service good atmosphere Friendly staff 5/5 pity about the telephone service. Left messages a few times didn’t get a response had to talk to someone else Not a big deal probably person was off on leave.”

“The 5-star service from Simon when buying our new used Corolla was excellent. Courteous, accurate, calm approach from Simon, the car was everything he said it was and was ready when we came to collect. Would have been 5 stars overall but for the awful way the showroom refurbishment was organised. We really did not appreciate being in a cramped and stifling portacabin for the sale process and it must be hideous for your staff having to put up with that every day, it is not what we expect from Toyota. Finally the manager, a young man whose name we can't recall, was pleasant enough when speaking to us, but had a horrid attitude towards Simon - telling him off in a patronising manner publically for being unsure about having done everything necessary on the new computer system and wanting to be certain we had all the digital documents necessary. That was rude and disrespectful to Simon and embarrassing for us. That manager needs training on the importance of respect for your staff and how to support and motivate them, not tobe condescending to them when they are learning something new.”

“A great company to buy a car from. The moment we walked into the showroom we new we would be driving away a new car. Lewis was a lovely salesman not pushy, but very informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. Felt really relaxed whilst we were engaged in discussion regarding different cars.”

“I had a good experience regarding the purchase of my car in Burrrows. Abigail is knowledgeable and professional and she always explained everything to me in detail. The delivery team was excellent as well, in particular, the lady who delivered the car to me. She was polite, patient and professional and showed me the features of the car in detail.”

“This review is regarding my experience at Burrows Kia, Barnsley, April 2023. All staff were very helpful regarding the purchase of my new vehicle and the trade in price on my old vehicle was very reasonable. Although the Garage premises are being refurbished it did not affect the handover of my new vehicle. Presentation of my new vehicle was 1st rate and all relevant controls were explained to me. Thanks to Dean, Adam and all the staff for making it a good day for me. I will definitely use Burrows again in future for servicing and purchases.”
