“Although it took a couple of attempts to sort paintwork issues it was finally acceptable There was a mix up returning the car to us but Julie came to the rescue and delivered the car herself Julie is an excellent ambassador for Burrows nothing was too much trouble The only other issue there was no service history something I expected .”

“The service is very efficient and friendly. Fairly expensive as you may expect from a main dealer but everyone is courteous and explain what has been carried out as clearly as possible. I would recommend them.”

“The customer service was great there was a few issues with the vehicle which they got sorted soon as they had it back. There was one thing that the car meant to have had an mot but it hadn’t however the car was going back for a minor body repair which couldn’t have been done prior to collection. However this gave us time to notice a few other issues that all got resolved very quickly so all good”

“More sales staff needed. We were about to walk out therefore missing a sale. When we saw a sales person our experience was very good. Don’t miss those sales. There were other customers like us who did walk away.”

“We had great service from Ian at Burrows, he was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were purchasing and took time to explain all the features the vehicle had to offer. He kept us up to date in between us purchasing and collecting the car. The only complaint I had was that having spent a significant amount of money on the vehicle we were advise that car mats would not be included, I thought this was wholly inappropriate, penny pinching and didn’t make me feel like a valued customer!”

“The whole buying process was good. Perhaps just one improvement. When we collected the car a better run through of the various controls/instruments could have been done. Granted we could have asked for one, but shouldn't have to really.”
