“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Arbour delivered, but the workmanship is extremely poor, screws sticking out, wood cut short, no screws, wood split, the list goes on. I called and was told to email. I emailed 3 times before someone got back to me. I was told that a new one would be delivered and erected on Monday, guess what, yep, failed to arrive. Again my emails are being ignored. Absolutely disgusting treatment.”

Managed to get through twice on a Sales phone line (no one in customer services deems it necessary to pick up a call) and they promised to phone back.... not a call. No info over email.
