Absolute rubbish sold me 2 outdoor water features with the wrong power source and would not send any replacements . We practically begged them to help us but they just fobbed us off what a waste of £600 . Please be aware of this company it’s not very nice to deal with .

Warning, Please do not touch this company !!!! It appears that they have their own workshop, they don't, they outsource everything and charge ridiculous courier fees when they make the mistake in delivering to the incorrect address. I was charged near to another £60 to redeliver, as they threatened to charge over a £100 to cancel. There is no delivery charge on their invoice, therefore they are free to charge what they want... I am referring to trading standards to investigate their practises.

Rude unprofessional customer service manager. Stuck with a £500 flatpack shed that is of the cheapest quality . Ignoring iur correspondence for a refund .

Absolutely disgusted with this company . Returning goods as they were not whatwhat we expexted . We payed £120 for a courier to return the goods only to be turned away at the depot saying they hsd no record of a return and then the customer service manager to handg uo on me after refusing to let me say anything , would not let me get a word in edge ways . Totally rude and no way for a comoany to act .

Appalling company Estimated delivery time is a total fabrication - Estimated delivery of my item 1-3 days and it arrived on day 5. The carrier provides no information whatsoever and just showed up, fortunately I was at home. Item was damaged prior to packing but was packed and sent to me anyway. Absolutely no quality control whatsoever. Phonecalls are unanswered, you are referred to email before your call is terminated, however emails are not answered. Replacement for damaged part was not delivered on the scheduled day. It was delivered 2 days later than promised, despite my emailing to cancel the order and requesting collection of the whole order and a refund. My email was ignored and at time of writing I still await a response. Be warned, avoid this company, shop elsewhere.

I have an ongoing problem with my product not being fit for use. I was told everyone else has been happy with the product … no one will collect it, give me a replacement or refund me ..I ordered it before Christmas as a present it is unsolved and they have my money and will not discuss a resolution. Do not use this company

My 92 year old mother is been taken to court over non payment of goods that were never delivered this was 22 months ago and are still not answering there phone they are a joke

Only gave it 1 star as I have no choice ordered something end of November which then to be told its not in stock and will get a refund still waiting for my refund and its nearly end of December. This company are scammers scammer scammers

Wrong item delivered. Almost impossible to contact them until you write a bad review online. Then they react but basically soft soap you thereafter. Still waiting for resolution, but I am beginning to expect that nothing positive will materialise. I suspect they are middlemen because all I get are references to it being the fault of "the warehouse" and that Buttercup Farm have been given no information by them of when they intend collecting the wrong item from me ( and I assume also from the person who received my item, since I got theirs - we are now in touch, albeit at the other end of the country) and delivering the right item to each of us. Not a lot of hope now for getting it time for Christmas!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUTTERCUP FARM. I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Wrong item sent to me which does not match the set I already have. 6 phone calls, two emails and no response from any. (thats if they pick up the phone). Promise to call back with update but simply ignore you. Im now stuck with something I do not need. VERY POOR.

Do not waste your time trying to deal with this company . Was promised a refund for non delivery of an arbour after it had taken 3 times as long as advertised. 18 days now since I was told a refund would take 5days ,, still no refund !, Please believe all the bad reviews, this company is a disgrace .

A far too long, too involved and too disappointing a saga to go into here. BUT what I will say is that if 1 out of 5 customers is deeply dissatisfied (which according to the percentage of 1 stars they are) and only 20% of reviewers do actually recommend them then there’s a reason!

Quotation - online chat checked and confirmed no addition costs to my island location Order - acknowledged and then asked for extra £50 delivery (we all make mistakes occassionaly) Scheduled - no reciept for extra £50 and, after many requests could not get a delivery estimate but was advised the courier would contact me for delivery arrangements Progress - online chat not interested, phones not answered, emails got no information about my order progress Delivery - after about a month recieved a phone call, while out, to say 18 ton lorry outside my house with pallet. Told them to leave on grass verge while I cycle home. Had to move it all myself, not bad considering I'm in my 70th year! Appaling communications. Very quick to take money. Product has production faults which I can fix The one star is because the arbour did actually arrive eventually I will waste no more of my remaining life on the subject of Buttercup Farm

I have read several bad reviews about your company and I only wish I'd read them before I ordered from you. I ordered and paid for two cushions last year. They never arrived and the company was extremely unhelpful. Will never purchase from them again and will advise all friends and associates against getting involved with this company in any way.

Don't buy from this company the staff are rude unhelpful. The delivery driver on his own was told by a what I can only describe as very rude and threatening that if I don't take the delivery that the poor driver couldn't manage to carry by himself I would be charged over £80 for it to go back she was rude to the driver over the phone who will be making his own complaint. The girls name is Tony zero manners customer service awful. I had to chase my order from the moment I paid without receiving a confirmation order after paying the company seems to be a complete shambles. I wish I had read other people's reviews as looks like this is the norm for this company

I have lived in the area my entire 50yrs of life.I am disabled & do not drive.Today,being unusally warm I decided to walk up to Buttercup Farms Store,which I have done hundreds of times.I own an 8lb Shorkie,which I have a Slowton carrier for him.I walk there with him on a lease then put him in the carrier,it's like a large sling pocketbook.I shopped & many people in the store,more then 4 pet my pup,spoke to me & then an older gentleman from behind the deli counter told me I can't have the pup in the store with me.I said,"I have been shopping here my entire life,my family knows the owners as we lived up on Hawkins Rd where I grew up."I said I would immediately get on line to pay for my items which I would be using my SNAP benefits(food stamps).I went back around to see if the other line was shorter & a young man,told me I was in violation & had to leave the store immediately with my pup.I told him the other gentleman,said I could pay for my items.He told me NO,YOU CANT! I asked,to speak to the manager,which he then claimed, he is the store manager.He told me in a loud stern voice,"Go put him in your car"! Nasty, loud, mean! I started to get emotional,I told him I'm disabled, can't drive so & walk here.I'm only buying a few items as I have to carry them & walk back home.I can't buy many items only necessary or light ones!! I attempted to go back to the other line to pay when he just grabbed my bag out of my hands! I said,Excuse me that's my bag"!He said,"I will EMPTY it"! He did gave it back to me & I left really embarrassed,harassed, upset,felt discriminated against. This person who claims to manage Buttercup Farms, I failed to get his name due to me being upset,he is not very tall, blue eyes with a beard. He maybe was 25 yrs old I'm guessing. My pup, Anakin is my emotional support dog & I take him everywhere even to the doctor. Not once ever in 3 yrs has anyone, anywhere told me to leave immediately, this includes pharmacies, doctor offices, honestly, every & any store you could think of! In the Slowton carrier only him face & head are exposed.He is not walking around,he is completely confined. I feel, I was treated extremely unfairly, unnecessary to treat me this way! I should have been allowed to at least pay for my items. I have shopped there all summer with my pup & this never happened before. I am still shaking & upset that I was treated in this way! I will never shop there again, neither will my family, friend's & the disabled community I am heavily involved in!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Arbour delivered, but the workmanship is extremely poor, screws sticking out, wood cut short, no screws, wood split, the list goes on. I called and was told to email. I emailed 3 times before someone got back to me. I was told that a new one would be delivered and erected on Monday, guess what, yep, failed to arrive. Again my emails are being ignored. Absolutely disgusting treatment.
