“There was a delay on the order due to it being a special design - but the lady in the office when I phoned was very helpful and had it delivered by special delivery free of charge so that I could receive it before Christmas. So thanks very much. The quality of the flask was exactly what I expected and overall I am a happy customer.”

“I was perfectly satisfied with the service. I ordered my hip flask on a Tuesday and got it on the following Friday. The delivery was quick and free of charge! The design of the packaging is nice and the hip flask is fantastic!!”

“The lady on chat helpline was extremely helpful in helping me to understand how to do my own logo to put on the flask and that the text could be put as part of the logo I downloaded. Service was prompt the flask turned up 3 days later and all emails were responded to immediately and the flask was exactly as the picture showed, a prompt and efficient service.”
