Hi Carol, Thanks for your feedback.The leather pouch is made tight so that the when the leather softens over the time it continues to be a good fit. Whilst it might be a tight fit just now, I'm sure you will see how perfect it becomes over time. ~Rach

“Although the first hip flask came with the engraving on the back as soon as I phoned to say I'd assumed it would have been on the front I was told to return the flask and a replacement would be sent. Over night I decided a shorter engraving may be better & emailed my message but said if it was too late to change the original message would be ok. I was delighted when the replacement arrived with the shorter message on the front of the flask. The staff I spoke to and emailed couldn't have been nicer or more helpful so thanks to them.”

“Although there was a problem with the first shipment, dedicated Buyahipflask staff had it replaced promptly and shipped immediately. It came in record time too. Thank God they were there and good with customers. It came 3 days before the wedding, just in time to give to my groom. Thank you for helping to make my wedding special. My groom loves his flask and actually used it on the wedding day (inlaws maybe?). Anyway, all joking aside, I would never buy pewter from anyone else now. “The flask is just as described and arrived on time with no fuss. Would have had 5 stars but was very disappointed with the engraving which was far too small. I chose the English Script which looked lovely in the preview but on the flask it was not good. There is no point in having something special engraved if you can't read it :-(”
