“the online chat assitance was very useful, helped me find exactly what I needed. However the finishing on the hip flask was below what I would have expected for the price I paid.”

“I was very pleased with the service. I got a call this morning thanking us for the wonderful gift. Our host was especially pleased with the engraving of his name on the flask. “Good website. Clear as to what you could order; clear as to extras i.e presentation box with cups & filler. Good interactive screen on fonts for engraving. Speedy! Ordered on a Sunday pm & emailed Monday that it was on its way; received Tuesday I think! It's a birthday present & not needed til mid August so don't yet know recipients response. I ordered a 6oz pewter hipflask with retained cap. Thats what I received. Im not sure about the machine engraving as its quite rough feeling & smaller than Id imagined but I've put that down to the seller knowing the right size for the piece & hope it will smooth with handling. So long as my son likes it I'll be overjoyed.”
