“I bought a hipflask and had it engraved for a consultant that was leaving at our hospital. It arrived in good time but the quality was poor. The stopper for the flask was supposed to have a cross design all around it, but when it arrived in places this design was missing. It was also supposed to come in a 'presentation box' but the box that it did not come in was misshapen, presumably because the hipflask was squashed into it. Nothing like I was expecting, so had to go out and purchase a different box. On the positive side the engraving was good.”

“I bought the Scotland lion pewter hip flask. I didn't recieve a confirmation of purchase email however I contacted the company on the telephone number and the girl was really helpful and forwarded a confirmation email straight away. The flask has a nice look to it however my criticism would be that it was in need of a polish when it arrived and there was some dirty marks around the top which I was able to clean off. Even though I like the flask I would say it was maybe a little expensive for what you get. I would recommend this product”

The marks on the flask would have been a residue of the polish we use in the finishing process. When it dries it can become quite dark. I am glad you were able to remove this. “I ordered an engraved round hip flask, (not a sporran flask), but unfortunately it didn't stand up (as it was designed to do)! When I phoned to ask for a replacement I was told, following some investigation, that none of the round flasks in the warehouse would stand up! I was somewhat surprised by this glaring quality issue!! However, I have given a "good" rating because customer service was good and I received a refund without any quibble.”

“Very easy website to use. Good description of the various flasks available and good pictures. The engraving tool was very easy to use. Was astonished at how fast the hip flask (with engraving) was delivered - I ordered it at midday on one day and I had it by the next day! Very pleased with the quality. Thank you, I would definitely recommend them.”

“This was a birthday present for my husband, who has wanted a hip flask for years. I wanted to get him something nice. We are very pleased with this hip flask. It is exactly as we hoped it would be, a quality flask that should last decades. It is definitely worth paying a bit more for a quality pewter flask.”

“website was very speedy and emailed me a few times to advise problem on order. The problem was that the compay offered a free engraving service on the item I purchased but couldn't do this. I contacted the company to ask why - the service was, and is still offered - and was simply told it was unavailable, not why it was no longer available. That is the only complaint that I have with this Delivery was very quick”

“Quality Hip Flask & funnel, lovely neverending knot design, great size for a drink to share. Arrived quickly in protective box. I then had it engraved but only lightly due to it being stainless steel. happy customer”

“ordered this for my son for christmas, ordered it monday evening at midnight, received it friday morning, even though it was personally engraved, well impressed with quality of the hip flask, would recommend, my son loved it. only down side delivery was a little expensive.”
