“I must comment on delivery! It was thrown at the door to the house and the package inside was split thus when taking to the stables it was left all over my car seat which made a mess. I do not rate this company as they have done this with previous packages and not even got out of their vehicle.”

“Purchase was straightforward. Clear website and easy to understand instructions. Item arrived but not as quickly as expected. However, I bought a lantern birdfeeder and it is not particularly well made. The side panels are very thin plastic and they are not strong enough. They fall out and seed then goes everywhere. It should have been made with thicker plastic to be more robust. Yes I could have sent it back, but then what? For the price I paid it wasn't really worth the postage. It can be fixed, but with a litle more thought it could have been so much better.”

“I was a little disappointed I was expecting it to be bigger the pictures do suggest it's bigger than it actually is so when it arrived I was shocked as I have a big dog one mouthful it's gone x”

“Choke chain is quite strong and good quality but the lead chain is not strong its not for big dog. It is risky if you are using on big dog.”

“Items delivered in good time. Unfortunately the photo of the item was for the old manufactured mikki pro grooming brush and the brushes that were sent are the new manufactured mikki pro grooming brushes. You should change the photo on eBay as the old model was a far more superior brush than the ones now and I probably wouldn't of purchased these brushes, plus I couldn't send you a question through eBay prior to purchasing them asking if they were in fact the old or new model.”

“The item cannot be used . The "neutral in' contact has been installed without the contact hole to the front. I am therefore unable to use the box. I notified you of this problem by email but you have failed to reply.”

“Product and shipping great. Reply to eBay message - still waiting & yet I've had an automated reply and now had my email used without my permission for marketing. Maybe switch off the auto comms and just stick to what customers want.”

“I received a email that notified I am expecting a delivery, which is all cool but I emailed instantly (no other way to communicate) and got no response as to parcel Estimated Time of Arrival to come home following day to find it placed outside my flat front door, I'm glad I got the parcel but concerned someone could have taken it. Suggestion There should be a contact phone number that you can call or a estimated delivery window not a all day affair. Parcels should be handed to the intended person not left where potentially anyone can get there hands on putting your company in liability”
