“Firtsly, your receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. I ordered the Quaich very last minute and at 5pm too! I asked for it to be delivered quickly and it arrived the very next day. The birthday boy, a very wealthy 75 year old, who I thought probably had everything, was absolutely thrilled to bits with this gift as it was something he actually did not have. His wife wanted to put it in the cabinet - he tells me it is staying out as he intends to use it frequently! Thanx a million for such a speedy, brilliant service.”

“I was upset to learn that you did not insert the item into the post in time for the wedding in Amsterdam on August 24th 2014. The bridal couple have taken their honeymoon holiday , and will receive the gift 12 days late. Please recognise and note that the British postal system takes 7 days now from sender to receiver to deal with items sent to Europe by mail. It used to be four days. Yours disappointedly, R M Brennan”

“Very good service i ordered a quaich & plinth as a wedding gift with engraving on both pieces, my order arrived within the time stated and i found the plinth had some scratches on it which i was not happy with, i contacted buyaquaich.com about it and they replaced the damaged plinth within 3 days. The returns process for the damaged plinth was simple enough to complete and i would highly recommend buyaquaich.com and fully intend to use them again.”

“I live in California, so shopping online for something that is out of country, is scary. Your website was easy to scroll through, which made my shopping experience pleasant. “I had a number of questions regarding the quaich which were answered more than adequatelly by the young lady at the other end of the phone. There were difficulties related to delivery too and these were ironed out very efficiently. Iwould recommend your company to my friends and family without question.”

“Very pleased with the whole purchase, from website design, ordering and then goods arriving! Bought the Quaich and asked for engraving in the bottom of the bowl... That's exactly what I got. It looks beautiful. I am so looking forward to presenting it to the happy couple at their wedding ( my daughter by the way so only the best!) in September.”

“I had a fantastic experience buying a quaich via this website. First, when surfing on the site I noticed a chat window, so I asked several questions, which were answered in a timely and professional manner. I had a time constraint, and requested to be delivered within 2 weeks... and I was quite surprised to see the quaich be delivered even one week earlier than expected. It just means people there take care. Finally, the object itself is beautiful. I requested a engraving, which makes it even more beautiful. I highly recommend buyaquaich.com!!!”
