“This was the second time we ordered a quaich from this company and wanted it engraved and despatched very quickly. We ordered it on a Saturday night and received it on Tuesday morning in the post. Excellent product and unrivalled service. I certainly recommend them.”

“Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, the original Quaich had the wrong engraving. As soon as I reported this, I received an immediate apology and given all the information to return the item. At the same time I was told that a replacement Quaich was being prepared. Special thanks must go to Rachael and Samantha, who made the whole process so simple. Thanks so much. Sid C Curtis”

“The quaich was exactly as described. The design and quality are both top class, as is the engraving of my chosen inscription. It was also perfectly complemented by the gift box. Delivery was amazingly quick and spot on to the emailed details. Overall, absolutely 10/10!!”

“The Quaich is absolutely beautiful. I bought it for my cousin's wedding as a gift and to use during the One Cup Ceremony. I am, however, disappointed with the gift box. It was crushed during delivery. I highly recommend this company.”

Hi Danna, We are so pleased that you are happy with your quaich, the One Cup Ceremony is a beautiful tradition and to do that with the custom made clan crest quaich you selected makes it so much more special. Its such a shame that the box the quaich arrived in was squashed though, if it will help at all I would be happy for a replacement to be sent out to you? ~ Sam
