“Very good service. I was able to preview my engraved text prior to purchasing. Fast receipt and would highly recommend. I also purchased the presentation box as this will be a gift.”

“I was very pleased with the excellent and efficient service I received when I ordered a Quaich (with family crest) recently. The staff dealt with my rather urgent request so well. It was difficult for theta such short notice to get it delivered to me in the South of England within only a few days and yet they managed it. The gift arrived on time for my Father's 90th Birthday. I was so pleased. Thank you very much for your excellent service.”
