“I love everything about your product. I started barber school two years ago and came in with the full book bag from your company. Everyone in class stopped me and asked about the bag. A couple of my classmates even purchased the bag. I love the product so much I went and purchased the smaller sidekick and let me tell you I enjoy it as well. so easy and light to grab when you are on the go, a mobile barber dream. if you are serious about your tools and protection, and looking professional buy from his company.”

“The service was/has continued to be impeccable. The company is responsive, professional and couldn't be more helpful each time I reach out looking for help. The bags are higher quality and even nicer than I anticipated. I got "The General" and "The Sidekick". Both of them are constructed out of high-quality materials while looking clean and meticulously designed, with every detail on point. "The General" is the perfect size for me! I am a Hairstylist based out of the Portland, Oregon area where I go into different nonprofits and create haircutting programs within them. I can fit all of my clippers, scissors, products, cleaning supplies, mirror, blow dryer, smartphone gimbal and more with ease. This bag has been a game-changer for me and has helped me in ways I didn't realize it could. "The Sidekick" has surprised me with how spacious and capable it is as well. I really appreciate the size of it and the well-thought-out design that can also hold quite a bit of the necessities in a smaller, cross-body form. It is great for the times I am in a hurry and need only the essentials for my shorter events. I looked around and some other mobile types of solutions and am so happy I was lucky enough to come across By.Appt.Only. Being in the customer service industry makes me appreciate even more how great the service is. Combined with the impeccable design and high-quality products, I couldn't recommend them more. “So far in my collection, I have three bags I have the nomad for every day needs to and from work I have the red mars to take any equipment that I need for my shop to do outgoing calls and if I’m traveling more and I need more equipment I have my big boy general 2.0 bag I love it”

“Great service but this is my second neck duster in less than 4 months since the first first one came imundone too quick. Bristles on the neck duster itself is really nice which is why I decided to buy a second one.”

“Needs wheels. The bag can get pretty heavy when you have everything you need in it. It should have wheels on it as well. Men are ok, but it’s pretty heavy for us women. Other than that I like the bag”

“The service is cool, but my bag was way too expensive for it to already have tears where I should be able to store my guards I have not had my bag a week yet, and it really does not hold my clippers in place. Just another expensive item to add to my collection”

“My daughter is a barber and has been wanting the bag for her supplies. I bought it for her birthday, which is November 1st. She happened to see it in the package room and couldn’t wait to open it. She was so excited and she put all of her stuff in it. She loves it. Great birthday gift. Worth every penny.”

“The sidekick was bigger than I expected. Could fit everything I needed for my Housecall appointments. Also much more stylish than carrying around a big brief case. Definitely would recommend to other barbers that travel with their clippers often.”
