“Here's a good one for everyone to relate to. I purchased a bundle 2 pairs of pants. One pair came in the correct length the other came in too long. I reached out to their support team, which by the way is clueless and takes forever to respond. Their solution to my issue is that they changed manufactures, so their product is mixed with the new and old. Due to that there is nothing that they can do for me in terms of a return.”
