“26 minutes ago New If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order from this company on 10/12 and as of 10/24 the product still hasn’t shipped. I have reached out at least 5 times via their app and website and only have received an AI response saying customer service would reach out to me. I order regularly from True Classic and Into the AM with no such issues in shipping or responsiveness. No idea about the quality of their products because they never sent them. What I can say is that their focus in Customer Satisfaction is HORRIBLE. I would recommend you avoid them at all costs and certainly don’t sign up for their loyalty program as they have no interest in Customer Satisfaction,”

“*Putting this here because their website wont show it* I normally don't order items from Instagram ads, and after this experience, I likely never will again. I saw these shirts and thought, "Hey, I'm an adult now. It would be nice to own some plain shirts that are both comfortable and professional." What arrived in the mail was neither. The first thing I noticed was the material. These shirts feel like they're made from the same substance used to waterproof camping equipment. As I pulled the first one on, my immediate thought was, "Did they make these out of recycled water bottles?" I tried the second shirt, hoping it would feel a little better. It didn't. Then the third. Somehow, it was worse. Each shirt felt less like clothing and more like a lightweight tarp engineered to survive harsh weather conditions. Then came the sizing. I ordered three size Large shirts. Large is a size I've worn from multiple brands for years. Apparently, BYLT operates on a completely different sizing scale, one developed by a secret society of giants. This thing wasn't large—it was enormous. Massive. Titanic. Standing in front of the mirror, draped in what looked like a fitted boat cover, I found myself thinking, "I'm literally wearing a tarp." Which raises an important question: How hard is it to make a T-shirt? It can't be that difficult. In fact, I've decided to start my own clothing company. I'll call it TYLT. We'll manufacture shirts using actual shirt material. They'll fit human beings. I'll become wildly successful, buy out BYLT, and immediately fire everyone responsible for designing these monstrosities. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.”

“Here's a good one for everyone to relate to. I purchased a bundle 2 pairs of pants. One pair came in the correct length the other came in too long. I reached out to their support team, which by the way is clueless and takes forever to respond. Their solution to my issue is that they changed manufactures, so their product is mixed with the new and old. Due to that there is nothing that they can do for me in terms of a return.”

“I hv 9 BYLT Shirts. Love the fit... but honestly they ate the worst shirt on earth to remove a simple sandwich stain out of. No matter how good a person is at washing clothes. BYLT Shirts are the worst shirt I have ever owned in my 57 years of life...”
