If I have a chance to place a no star, i will do so without much hesitation. Worst company when it comes to expedite and facilitate the transport and the delivery of goods to the end customer. I ordered a piano over Rm 4k from LBS Music World and the item arrived at thier Subang Jaya hub within two working days from the date of order. They sat on it for 10 days from the actual date of delivery to the orphanage home in Klang. Absolutely disgusting and low graded company despite making millions of revenue. How could you even trust them to deliver goods for a value more than Rm 10k? The irony thing is they couldn't do a simple job, thus, making the children waited for their piano for more than 10 days. What a heartless bunch of idiots, like a mickey mouse company.

The basterd delivery Malay guy named nurakmal Ashraf (010-718 0971) this basterd never come to my place simply saying the buyer rejected the parcel... I give some evidence pictures he just take pictures on the road side saying that simply saying that attempt unsuccessful reject by buyers... care full Lazada racist couriers basterd name nurakmal Ashraf

Horrible customer support and service. Made a mistake does not want to acknowledge. Sorry voucher not given after the proof. Most live chat hesitant to respond quickly and never respect my decision as a customer for email preference of contact. Most seller there never admit the truth and never go beyond their caring for the customer. Some never bother to reply. This is what happen if you dont want competition.
