“the site was easy to navigate, and even though I'm ordering from NZ and the item is yet to arrive, things seem to be on track. I've not answered the delivery questions.”

“Ordering was easy and the shoes arrived promptly and in good condition, and these are clearly the most important things! The four stars are just because the shoebox that the shoes arrived in was very battered and held together at three of the four corners with masking tape, which was a shame as we tend to keep the parade shoes in their original box to avoid scuffing but, in this case, we couldn't do that. I realise this is just a very small point, but the box was obviously in enough of a state to have to tape together, so it would have been nice for someone to have replaced the box before sending. I will definitely be using Cadet Kit Shop again and recommending it to friends though, and apologies if I sound like I am nitpicking.”

“Pleased with the items that I purchased for my son & he was pleased with the quality of the items he received. There was an issue that the order I placed online did not get picked up straight away but when I called to get it sorted it was dealt with efficiently & without fuss everything came good in the end”

“The Highlander boots I bought are certainly not comparative to the Lowa/Meindl/Altberg boots, but compared to the lower end military boots I.e. Magnum are certainly better quality. The lace system is standard in these boots but again similar to most boots. The width of the boot isn’t the best and with thick socks do feel a bit tight. The polyurethane / rubber sole is fairly chunky and the grip pattern and definition is good. As I have only recently bought these boots it remains to be seen how the sole will fair as I do a lot of walking in the Police.”

“Always have the equipment, kit, badges etc I need for my cadet unit but unfortunately, it's never cheap. Granted it's not overpriced but having a large detachment takes its toll haha.”
