“Boots sleeping mat and belt all good products, no complaints. Only problem was that boots were delayed about a week or two, but great once they had arrived. Thank you.”

“They were acceptable. However, not as white as expected. Seemed to have a greyish tone, but their may be due to the fabric. The fabric was finer than expected also. But because of short notice ordering, decided to keep them as back up for future parades.”

“Fairly quick delivery but sadly boots came up small. Bought 2 sizes that are bigger than usual shoe size and both have to go back which will be expensive for return post and new order.”

“Boots only worn once so far and even with thicker sports socks took the skin off my son's heels, so he couldn't play sport for a week.... so we shall have to try thick hiking socks. But they seem sturdy.”

“The product was of good quality, however getting it to us was the frustrating bit. We’d paid for next working day delivery on a Saturday but by Tuesday it had still not arrived. We needed them for an exercise on the Wednesday which is why we’d paid the extra. Spoke to the customer service team who in their defence were good and apologetic and then refunded the difference between normal delivery and the delivery I paid and said they would be dispatched then. We finally received the product on the Thursday by which time was too late. Overall, product is good but the service of getting it to us was not so great”

“I suggest not to take (Dpd)next day delivery service. It usually takes 5 days to arrive instead of next day. Besides that, delivered product was in good condition. And, I am pleased with the kit.”
