“My order was delivered within two days. After assembling the patio heater, I found I had a problem with the ignition switch. I rang the manufacturer's number (Sahara) given with the instructions and a lady walked me through the issue. She gave me an alternative to using the ignition switch so that I could use the patio heater that weekend, while she sent out a new piece that arrived promptly. Very happy with heater, great heat from it and very happy with the service from Calor and the manufacturer. Thank you!”
