deplorable customer service. Initially you shipped the wrong heater (UK regulator) so I had to wait to get it collected and a new one sent. Then it stopped working during the 1st year of operation. I brought it to a local calor gas seller who was unable to ignite it and several people tried to fix it. I contacted you on support and had to write back 3 more times within a week to get a response. You then took my heater back for repair. Today you advise that there is nothing wrong with it and to get my property back I have to pay €25. I have esclated this to CCPC. I will NEVER deal with Calor again. Karen O'Reilly Cragwood. Twomilegate, Killaloe.

Thank you for your feedback Karen, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong product initially; however, we can see that this was rectified quickly. We can see that you reported that your heater was faulty over the weekend, whilst we were closed. Our Customer Service Team responded back to you a few days later and did some troubleshooting. Following this, a collection for the heater was arranged. Our Customer Service Advisor informed you in the response email that we would bring the heater back for testing (which can take 15 working days) and if no fault was found, the heater would be sent back to you, and you would be liable for the DPD collection and re-delivery cost. The heater was tested and as no fault was found, the collection and re-delivery costs have to be paid before we can send the heater back out to you.

I ordered a Blue Belle Chic which arrived damaged. Got a replacement ... which arrived damaged. Cannot recommend.

Sucks! Bought an expensive Lifestyle portable gas heater 2 years ago. Needed a small part and did contact the maker in GB. They were very prompt in their reply but told me because of Brexit they can't ship to me direct and to contact my retailer (Calor Ireland) . I did and was told they don't carry parts and to contact maker, hence I have an expensive boat anchor , sadly I don't have a heater or a boat.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. All Calor cylinder retailers should accept the Calor €10 voucher supplied with every portable gas heater order. If your local cylinder supplier refuses the cylinder voucher, please call the Calor cylinder team on 01 450 5000, and they will address this with them.

My product arrived like it had been dumped from a 6th floor apartment roof! It was beyond bashed.. I paid for 2 day delivery as our heating is broken but this issue left me waiting 4 days. Calor did replace the broken product but I think they should have offered a discount or partial credit for the inconvenience

We sent a replacement appliance on a swap-it label, so the courier delivered the replacement and collected the original at the same time. The swap-it service is the quickest available to help resolve it for our customers. We apologise for the time and inconvenience it caused.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. Gas cabinet heater fire guards are not made to the length of the heater. They are used to block access to the front as a safety feature, not to enclose the appliance. The dimensions of the fire guard are clearly stated on the specification tab on our website. We advise customers to check the specifications of any product before ordering to ensure it is suitable for their needs.

the heater was delivered quickly. The switch-off regulator does not function correctly, namely: when the switch is moved to the «off» position, the heater continues to work, and you need to turn off the cylinder. Also, the 10% discount coupon indicated on the website is not provided. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. Gas heaters can no longer be turned off by the control unit on the heater. If it was turned off in this way, and the gas valve developed a fault, then gas would seep into the room. All new heaters are designed to be turned down to their minimum setting and turned off by closing the gas supply at the regulator. This is not a fault; it is a safety feature. Heater orders are not supplied with a 10% discount coupon, they are supplied with a €10 voucher that can discounted from your next purchase of a Calor Gas cylinder. We have checked your order details and can see a €10 voucher was supplied with this order.

Purchased a Super Heat heater online . No email from Calor confirming I had purchased the heater and no email giving details of delivery times or dates . The heater was left at the front door the next morning . I live on a busy road and it could easily have been stolen. Luckily, I was in and saw the van driving off. Not good enough Calor!

I received a carbon monoxide alarm from you online which cost me 26.02 euro including delivery charge. The alarm would not work and I returned it to internet returns, Calor Gas 7 Balloo Crescent, Bangor, Co. Down. I am now awaiting a reply and a refund of my payment. I am very disappointed and is the reason for one star.

I received a faulty regulator. I emailed about it, then I finally called about it after no response. The operator on the call said he would send me another one and to give the old regulator back to the courrier. However, this has not happened, I’m still here with an unusable regulator, waiting for over a week later for delivery confirmation / tracking of the courrier. Dreadful service so far.

I still haven't received my order yet and it says been delivered. When I had emailed them regarding this matter no one still haven't get back to me and now send me an email for review. I am very disappointed with their service

We can see that you emailed our help desk informing us that you needed to return your order as the products were not suitable for the gas bottles you have. Our advisor replied with the full details on how to return your unwanted order to us for a refund and attached the returns paperwork that is required to be completed for all returned items.

Purchased a Camilla gas heater on 16/02/2025 Ignition switch stopped working on 01/3/2024. Contacted returns in Co. Down . Rubbish customer service. Totally flippant. Would not recommend calor. Should have purchased a De Vielle heater instead.
