“Bought the Cadac BBQ Chef Pan Combo. Ha e not used it yet but surprised that a length of hose was not supplied. Looking forward to trying it out when we get away in our caravan.”

Thank you for your feedback Emma, it is very important to us. Unfortunately, this BBQ does not come with a hose and regulator provided, these need to be purchased separately. We do have a guide on the product page that informs customers which hose and regulator they need to purchase with their BBQ. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

“Only thing wrong was. You had me going around looking for this special bottle of gas when all the time the yellow bottle 11.5kg fitted perfectly”
