“I ordered two pairs of shoes, went through the whole process, even paid one instalment on Klarna only for KLARNA, not Camper, to inform me that Camper had cancelled the order!! I then had to write to Camper to ask why and then they told me it was because shoes were out of stock. This was SO frustrating as they said that they were in stock on the site!! I've now given up with Camper due to your appalling customer service. Shame on you. I'll also be posting this on other platforms.”

They've clearly sent the order to the wrong address - they've shown me the address it was sent to and I've shown them the address on my order MULTIPLE times and yet they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake or issue me a refund. “I bought the Brutus line boots just over 2 years ago. Soles hardly lasted a year. I finally filled out a warranty claim and was denied because it is 3 months after the warranty is up. The soles on the Brutus line boot (or any type of shoe with a similar sole) suck. They will not last and Camper is basically saying oh-well. $247 for a boot/sole that did not last. Don't make the same mistake as I.”
“This brand by far has the worst customer service, no phone number to call, slowest replying service, I bought a shoe from them before christmas, took long enough to deliver, and guess what! They delivered a wrong item! Different model and color, it took them so long to reply to my email and now they are asking to first return the wrong shoe, when we receive it, we will ship the correct one, this is not my fault, what kind of costumer service is this! This is not service, this is not support, i have to go through it all, print the label, take it to UPS and possibly charge for shipping to Vancouver! What the actual *^%#! “I have been buying Camper’s shoes for years but their quality is going downhill. A few recent pairs just crumbled like cake, totally unrepairable. I have never seen any shoes broken in that way especially I have been taking good care of them, ie. Light wear, stored in box etc. Camper’s customer service is very shocking. They pushed me around and then totally ignored me. I will never ever buy any Camper shoes ever again.”
